MMX_TOOL is a free tool that runs in your browser. You can arrange images and PDFs, crop and clean up pages, make sheets, compress files for online forms, merge photos and make passport photos.

Free to use. You may use MMX_TOOL for personal and business work. You may not copy, resell or republish the tool itself, or present it as your own, without permission from PRAVEEN.
Your files. You must have the right to use any file you add. Do not use the tool to forge, alter or misrepresent documents or identity photos.
No guarantee. The tool is provided "as is". Sizes and rules for forms and photos change, and a portal may still reject a file. Always check the form's own requirements. PRAVEEN is not responsible for rejected applications, lost files or other losses from using the tool.
Support and donations. Donations are voluntary and do not buy extra rights or services.
Feedback. If you send feedback or ideas, PRAVEEN may use them to improve the tool without owing you anything.
Third-party software. The libraries listed under Credits stay under their own licenses.
Changes. These terms may change. Keep using the tool only if you accept the current version.

Your files stay on your device. Images and PDFs are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to any server by this tool.
No accounts, no trackers. The tool has no sign-in and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Saved settings. Profiles and presets you save are stored in your own browser on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Everything is served from this website. The PDF, ZIP and PDF-reading libraries are part of the app and are not loaded from other companies' servers. The website host may record standard visit details such as your IP address, as any website does.
Offline use. After your first visit the app saves its own files in your browser so it can open without internet. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Feedback. Feedback is only sent if you choose to send it, through your own email app. Browser details are added only if you tick the box.
Payments. Donations are handled by your UPI app or payment provider. This tool never sees your payment details.
MMX_TOOL uses these open-source libraries. Their names and licenses belong to their authors.
pdf-lib, creates PDF files. MIT License.
JSZip, creates ZIP files. Used under the MIT License (it is dual-licensed MIT or GPLv3).
PDF.js, by Mozilla, reads PDF files. Apache License 2.0.
